Air or fuel problem?!?!

This is my 4th day with the supercharger. I am having problems my car not kickin in. I step on it doesn't want to go anywhere. It bogs and startsto cut like around 3500 rpm. like a sputterin, limiter, cut off sound. Is it the fuel...not getting enough fuel or is it air ...not gettin enough air.
Should i change my fuel filter. Is it my cold air cuz I did not cut a bigger hole for the CAI. It can't be the fuel pump cuz I changed it to the Walbro, can it.
