Supercharged/Turbocharged The increase in air/fuel pressure above atmospheric pressure in the intake system caused by the action of a supercharger or turbocharger attached to an engine.

at least with all the damn abbreviations you use...

I have learned a few but still...i mean dayyyum....

I wanna start learning about whats going on over here....so if you see me making posts in this forum feel free to tell me whats up...

ill start out with this question: how does 8:1 FMU relate to AFR.....does one affect the other?

FMU = fuel management unit, most common ones here are Vortech + Cartech's

"8:1" refers to the fuel increase per boost. An 8:1 setting (discs are changeable in the vortech, or adjustable on cartech) means for every 1psi of boost it sees, it will bump fuel pressure up 8psi
