Replace Fuel Pump

I have a 1996 Maxima 5 speed, SC and plan to replace the stock Fuel Pump with a Walbro model GSS342.

Question: Can the Gas Tank & PF area be accessed through the rear seat area? In other words if I take out the back seat is the FP area accessable? How does the rear seat come out? Any particular tricks to get it out easily?

Thanks! I could not get "search" to work.

There are two clips on the frontside of the backseat. Pull those out/towards the front and then you can just lift the backseat bottom portion out and set it aside. You are then face with a cover of the fuel area and can procede removing it all to the fuel pump
