SCed owners I'd like to be the dealer for allen bolts to the plate, anyone need any?
I had two bad experiences with stillen yesterday. Left me on the phone for over an hour and then would not let me buy the one bolt
If I ever go out to California, I d like to meet that stillen guy and have a talk with him and the type of id!ots he hires.
I was missing bolt #14 on the plate. No one has that freaking bolt. I finally found a place that sells the bolt. The only problem is that I had to buy a complete box. No big deal, I rather buy locally then from them MFckers at stillen. The bolt that I bought is the flat bolt that has a 5mm allen head and secures the top right corner of the belt adjuster bracket.
FOR THOSE WITH SHREDDED BELTS YOU WILL NEED TO REMOVE THESE BOLTS TO GET TO THE BELT
There are a couple long allen head bolts on the back of the plate that secure the Supercharger. I believe one of them is a 5/32mm allen head & a 8mm M8/M10 allen bolts and I worked on a couple of kits that have had those stripped. If any Supercharger owners are interested Id be more then happy to ask the lady to see if she has those in stock and Id be willing to sell it to you guys so you dont have to go thru the same BS stillen put me thru for about 45 mins. I know for my first V2 I was missing bolts and went to large companies that were not willing to help me out since I did not have a business license etc...This year since I am working the toys for tots, the warehouse is next to this warehouse. Pays off to be polite to people
!

who's your rep at stillen? I dealt with Kenny and he's pretty cool with me. he sold me the long FHCS that I need for mounting plate and SC. he also told me that Stillen doesnt like to support people who bought SC kit used. Stillen will support peeps who bought the kit directly from them and he said that they usually give those bolts free to those peeps. I was like.....WTF, even though the kit is used, it is still a stillen product right?
bolt no. 14 holds the corner of the SC plate and tensionser pulley bracket to the engine IIRC. I think you can get away for now with a regular hex bolt....but you might have to dremel it a little for the pulley to clear and use a washer to push out the bolt a little so you can still have access to it.
and btw, the allen key sizes for the bolts holding the plate and SC are 7/32 and 8mm.

there you go 7/32!
thats it right there my bad. The bolts I am getting for the bottom of the plate is the same exact thing that comes with the kit. These bolts are not easy to run into. Lucky these two ladies are very polite, I have to get exact size and specs of the other two bolts that hold the blower plate together. The ***** I spoke to was Dean.

I had the same problems. But I gave up with them and found a company that will sell you the bolts one at a time. If you haven't ordered the bolts yet let me know I will help you get them from mr here locally. eMail me at gabrielcorra@comcast.net

I just show up at his cube and order from there.
So if you need small stuff from time to time, I have no problem with personally picking it up and shipping it to you.

I wish I knew that I would have contacted you. Now I know you live close by. I no longer need that one bolt. I paid for a bulk of 100 bolts.
M8 1.25 x 25mm FHCS. I really appreciate the offer. I may need a plastic Vacuum T adapter that if I am end up putting this kit on my 95 maxima. The kit is now completed and ready for bolt on on a 2K maxima as soon as I get this one bolt. Ill PM if you if I need any more parts which I highly doubt.
i need two "stand off??" bolts. is that the same bolts you guys are talking about? my shop is gettin 'em from stillen at $35 for each. is that a rip off or regular price? he said its a must get or my belt will keep slipping off

No those bolts are expensive, 35 is good. They go for over $45 a piece. I cant get those. The only ones I can get are the long allen bolts that hold the SCer to the plate and the one small bolt #14. I will have 99 of them in stock and you will need that one bolt. Ill take a picture of it. Yes stand off bolts are very very crucial. No stand off bolts, bye bye belt!
