I will say anywhere in the 300hp to 350hp range but if you are tuned good it may be more.

 

no more than 270whp. He's auto.

 

I say about 260....tuned.

I did 240 on 7.5PSI (compressor leak).

With the MEVI, I did 278.....

Whenever you add anything above atmospheric pressure (AKA - ANY kind of boost) to a car you have to add fuel.

So YES - you have to tune to get optimal HP.

Now - I assume this kit comes with a FMU - it probably will keep you safe, but probably won't be optimal.

If you want to tune well, the easiest way I know of is an Adjustable FMU - Like a Cartech or Vortech Super FMU.
