Yeah. I ve noticed it when adjusting the tension spring. I thought buy adding more tension to the BOV, makes the back-pressure harder to purge when the butterfly is in the closed position. If the tension is set to low, it will allow for the back-pressure to purge faster...

the standard tension is usually recommended for street use, mainly all it does is adjust pitch anyways. Low will give you a deep long pitch, High will give you a high short pitch.

Okay thats a good way at looking at it.. Im only running 4psi of Boost right now so I guess the low setting is fine. Thanks for the info.

Well not necessairly, it just seems like that, you see, BOVs are Vacuum controlled, meaning the entire time your in vacuum it will still let off no matter what. So, basically a good way to look at it is by boost levels, High Boost - High Tension, Low Boost - Low Tension and so forth.
