I am looking at either the PFI or the "maxima extreme" turbo setup from turbo-kits.com. From going from a stock 2000SE, what else besides either of the kits would I need to invest in?? Fuel pump, etc?? The extreme kit is $3399 after all is said and done, how much am I looking at?? Is it worth the money?? What kind of dyno numbers could I expect?

Go with the PFI kit. That is my two cents. It is one of the best kits out for a maxima and it is will tested.
