newbie turbo questions

ok i was bored tonight so i got on ebay and looked for turbos, i found this one and was wondering why it was so cheap? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33742 Is there any way you could rig it up to work on a maxima? What would you all need to make it work? basically all u need is to hook it up to your exhaust to spin it and then pipe from it to the intake... right? i also read about only using one bank, 3 cylinders, to run it, would that make sense and make it cheaper to put on or should i just forget about gettin a cheap turbo and stop askin all these stupid *** questions? Thanks (sorry i know nothing about turbos if u couldn't tell)

Not to sound bad then, but you need to read up on turbos then. Its not just as simple as feeding it an exhaust and intake pipe and WHALA! we got boost. Turbo has alot more variables than than your average supercharger.

I think almost anyone on this board will tell you running off 3cylinders is a no no. Not to mention that turbo is too big for 3cylinders at 1.5L.
