Help with V2 filter placement on auto?

I have a 2000 automatic and i have noticed that the filter provided in the stillen v2 kit does not fit. Is there something I am missing about this step as far as relocating or do I just use another filter? Also if another filter is used what is involved in setting it up

Thanks
Chris

it's because the stillen SC isn't for the auto. My guess would be smaller filter.

Just get rid of the whole intake piping and do a CAI setup, that will also bring you another pound of boost. Plus its a cleaner setup.
