Boost Leak?

Quick question to see what you guys think. My setup is as follows:

-V1 blower w/3.25" pulley (pancake filter)
-Blitz BOV
-MEVI with VAFC2 activation
-370cc injectors with SARD FPR (lowered base FP to 28psi)
-4:1 FMU disk

Running WOT before the car would bog horribly (super rich) but now its only bogging slightly at low-midrange RPM since I've been messing with the correction factors. Pulls really hard at around 4500 till red now. I noticed that I usually hit around 5-6psi peak and usually stay there from 3-4K on. BOV is tightened down all the way and the belt is pretty tight so I'm thinkin either I have a leak on a coupler or a leak on the BOV. Anyone else have any ideas or suggestions?

Anyone? Where can I get tighter springs for the BOV if that's the case?

well I have a v1 running a 3.12 with a blitz bov and im getting 10psi at 90 degrees(temp). First I dont like the bov really tight cause it seems like it hurts low end throttle and exceleration. I would say its more than half way plus I have replaced the screw so I can just turn it by hand. I am really picky with that kinda stuff. I adjust mine mostly by sound. Rev your motor by hand, when your rpm peak the bov should then go off like a smooth transition. (like right around 3k) When you have it too tight it probably makes a huming sound when shifting at low rpm, a little hum is good but too much I find means its too tight. If you have a cold air intake your blower should make a cool shutter sound when shifting out of first at redline. I dont know if any of this makes sense, I know we all have are little ways. YOu very well may have a coupling loose and at idle or simply reving the motor may not come apparent. I had such an issue with the coupling right before the throttle body where it comes off the maf. I still have the factory couplings ( from kit) I basically moved it off of the maf just a bit so it would cover the area or transition where it kinda curves. I noticed I wasnt getting a good seal around the coupling because of the slite bend. Well hell, I hope I might be of some help to you. good luck and damn that engine bay looks REALLY nice.

Dont forget to check to make sure your temp sensor is plugged in though I only found this a factor this winter at 15 degrees
