Gatorback size

3.125 V1

Gator back part #4060690 ??

I have the s/c on and the belt on...it was tight to get on but this is the one that everyone told me to buy when i first started doing this kit..and its the size that was on the blower when I bought it used

As long as this size fit on I should be ok right ?? it fits, but it was tight going on and once its on it still needs tightening cause its in the ribs now

Update:

Spoke to someone thats using a Gatorback #4060695
Difference in the two is

...................................Effective Length................Outside Length
4060690 6PK1755.................69 ".................................69 3/4"
4060695 6PK1765...............69 1/2".............................70 1/4"
Would it matter if Im using 4060690 since its on already ??

So you got it on (with a little difficulty), and now it needs tightening? That's normal. The only reason you would need to go with a different size belt at this point is if you couldn't tighten the belt enough to keep it from slipping.

yea...it went on and I think its all good now..the only thing is that the Tensioner (Gold thing on top) might not have gone far enough down and may rub the belt on top...I will know once I start it

The 690 is for the 2.87 belt and the 695 is for the 3.125 pully. Its a bit off but its on there
