If this is your first experience boosting a car, you probably should start out with the 3.25" or larger pulley. A 2.87 incher will produce enough boost to get you into serious engine trouble if you are not very careful. You have to be careful with any amount of boost, but once you get above 10 psi the potential for engine damage from detonation is substantially greater, and you have to go with a JWT tuned ecu, or a J&S Safeguard, or water/methanol injection, not to mention larger injectors to keep fuel pressure down to safe levels.

Start out with a 3.33" or 3.25" pulley, and the basic Stillen kit will give you good results with a minimum of additional expense and trouble. Once you become knowledgeable about what is going on, then go ahead and spend the extra money on larger injectors and other stuff.

as long as u stay at 3.125 or higher size pulley u dont need to upgrade your injectors. You already have an 8:1 fmu and get an upgraded fuel pump. You should be fine wit this setup, just make sure u get an SAFC I or II so u can tune. Although u run rich in the lower rpm's, at high rpm u will run lean especially if u have a mevi. I remember putting my SAFC up 20 points as an estimate at 6k rpm.

@ 2.87, you'll need a lot of upgrades which i dont know if u ready for, i would do what stephen says and work wit the 3.125"+ pulleys.

You AIMed me earlier but i didnt save your AIm...

3.125 Pulley - best bet is vortech www.vortechsuperchargers.com - 60 bones.
Walbro 255LPH FP - PM PimpJuice - 89$ shipped w/ tracking number
SAFC2 - Check eBay, they always have some sitting there for around $250.
