00-01 Maximas have 222HP and some GXEs with 15" steel wheels have put down 195-199WHP stock. 20th Aniversary Maxima and I30s came with 227WHP. There are some differences engine wise that only hard core DE-K fans will notice, diff oil pans, diff heads.

I am S/C on the 3.125 pulley, and US manifold, my last dyno was ~285whp and 265 wtq. Since the dyno I have put on a straight pipe.

 

were you runnin street tires or DR's. And what were your 60's

DR's but they are still street legal...I was not on slicks. The best 60' I had was a 2.2x

 

you should be able to get that time down good with a better launch I have toyo RA-1s and i put downa few 2.0 60' running high 13s all motor (3.5)

 

It was his first time at the track. He will get better with practice I'm sure.

 

looks like he needs to heat the tires up thats what it took for me too hit a 2.0. I was launching at like 4-5k with no spin

 

hahah mecca you are so right. i ran a 2002 with s/c and blew the doors off him at springvalley that night we ran in fact he's gonna put a turbo in as we speak. im running 12.9 @ 111 mph with 9lbs of boost and 50 shot dry in a auto, currently converted to 35 wet shot.

oh, yeh he has the 2002 cl 6 speed with 3lbs of boost he says. i looked under the hood and its very quiet you cant even tell he has one. when he first got it he wanted to run me and my boy with the srt-4 neon at a price of three thousand dollars a piece. i asked him how can you have 3lbs of boost and talk so big there must be something your not telling us. he said he wanted to run without me spraying and i told him why would i run for money and not use all of my options thats like a runner running with one sneaker. well we agreed to do it for fun just to see. well we head up to springvalley to meet mecca and the boys and during the ride up we took off from 60 and i stretched him about ten cars. when we got up there he said next time dont spray, i said the spray bottle is disconnected that was all boost. he was so depressed that he called the s/c a p.o.s and has gotten rid of it and put in a turbo thats how bad it was.
