Valve springs and boost... Cams?

Ok.. ok.. I keep inching my way up the boost scale watching my Wideband and having a good old time when I remember that our Buick's need a bit tighter spring when putting more boost to it. I'm at 11psi and she's holding up fine Wideband's telling me 10.2AFR@wot prity consistant with 31psi at idle for fuel pressure. I'm shifting around 4500rpm not much higher. It's getting harder and harder to hold this car in the lane . When will boost start blowing the valves open? I've got 198,192miles. They springs have GOTA be tired! I've got all the faith in the world about the short block but I'm starting to worry about the springs! Who makes a spring made for a boosted car??? Camshafts?
I'd pull the heads off the parts car and port/machiene them to spec. along with installing good head gaskets and the correct spring for what I'm doing with the car now.
Any Ideas?
Thanks, Scott~

what engine do you have, a vg? there are tons of aftermarket springs cams and retainers that are made for the 300zx that will fit into your application. if it is a ve, then i would think eighter nismo or jwt would be your only options.

Yep.. It's a VG... THANK GOD! It's soooo easy to work on.
I was thinking that they are the same so that I could take the set off my parts car.. have them redone here at the local machiene shop and put the new springs and cams in them. Along with re-working the ports and the lower intake.
Cool.. I'll research the 300z parts then!
Thanks, Scott!
