Car runs like @$$ upon startup

Since it has gotten really cold down here my car has been starting like $hit. When it starts up it revs to about 3k and then idles ok for a minute then the idle drops to about 400-700 and fluctuates. The other morning it died on me twice and then when it warmed up it ran fine. I just attributed it to cold weather and my base fuel pressure being off. since this the first winter i have had my SC'er i just want to make sure.

I am back from vacation chris. Give me a call. Is your car running better? We need to do the VIAS fix or at least look at it. Have you figured out what you are going to do with the fuel setup?
