Wat is a fair $ for a used V1 kit?

I may be able to buy a V1 kit locally from a private seller however, I'm not sure wat is a fair price to pay. As far as I know the SC was rebuilt in 2003 and he is selling the kit with also a 8lbs pulley (dunno the exact size, 3.33?) along with the stock 3.6 pulley. I know the v2 kit can be picked up for 2k-3k used. I have about that to spend.
I live in ut so it can get pretty cold, I just read that the v2 isn't recommended to run below 32 degrees, also that the v1 is a lot louder than the v2(which isn't a major concern), also its usually runs a lbs or 2 of boost less than the v2. Anything else I should know?

OT question, I have heard about overspinning the sc, can someone explain to me when does that occur? I know its usually from a smaller pulley (2.87?) with a 7200 redline?
I plan on running a JWT sc program (already have a JWT ECU), I already have MEVI/7200 redline, i/y/e. I have also SAFCII, I am planing on getting rid of my DMS UDP. Down the road getting 370cc injectors, walbro FP, Z32maf, then I'll run a smaller pulley.
If I run a smaller pulley (2.87) would I need to retain my stock redline to avoid overspinning the sc?

Vortech has said you can go a couple 1000 over as long as you don't stay at the high rpm for extended amount of time.

If blower is rebuilt and all in good condition I don't see why the price wouldn't be $1500 or more
