intercooler dimensions

havent had a chance to rip off the bumper of my car yet. but i have 95 with stock bumper cover. just looking to see what max dimensions people are using for their ic's that dont require cutting the bumper itself off.

the bumper support is what limits the size, not the bumper. width you can go pretty wide but height you can only go 6-7" without having to cut the support.

Here is one. I can probably find some pics of the car with the front bumper off at home. This IC requires cutting/removal of the bumper support too tall. I would suggest checking out ebay sellers either 'boostcoolers' or 'jrprp1' they are both great sellers my friend I30tmikeD just got an intercooler from jrprp1 and is in love with the quality and workmanship on it. Just make sure you stay at a maximum 7" tall, I'd suggest 6" because 7" is pushing it. Width and endtank and outlet placement aren't such a big deal unless you have foglights you want to keep or some other aesthetic consideration like whether or not you want the IC piping visible, etc. You can probably go up to like 30" wide with the core and not have a problem. I'd suggest, if you want to get exact measurements, taking off the bumper, and start cutting up pieces of cardboard and see just exactly what dimensions you can fit.

damn thats nice looking. i wanna avoid having to cut the bumper(not bumper cover). after my last accident i will never drive a car with a cut bumper or without an airbag. im gonna have autwowerks custom build mine. a lot cheaper plus ive seen him built a handful of them and quality is awesome. thanx for the info tho.
