*HELP* putting car back to stock!

Hey guys I am about to install my Frankencar Intake because I am still running the s/c piping into a regular K&N because I don't have the stock airbox anymore. Here is my dilemma, I noticed that on the black stillen U-shaped charge pipe(the upper section) I have the spot where the hose comes out for air but then I have some sort of plug epoxied on the other side(the bottom)? What plug is this and where does it go, it is electrical, almost like one of the plugs you see at the front end of the enginebay. Any ideas, I'd post pics but I have no host!

just cut and paste into new window.
