BOV Location?
Is BOV location critical? I'd like to use a direct pipe setup that runs basically like the pipe that comes with the kit. But I don't want the BOV is the location the kit puts it. I just spent a lot of $$$ to have my valve cover polished and I don't want it all covered over by the BOV. Would it be a problem to put it very close to the MAF on the Battery side? Is there any chance the flow could mess with the MAF voltages?

That kinda rules out my intended placement then. Can I put it closer to the blower or does that bring up other issues? You think I should just buy a used charge pipe off someone? You don't have one; right? I think I asked you that once already.

yea, those pipes are long gone. i think you should fab something up with pvc from home depot or something. it would be a good idea to see how you want it to look, what goes where, etc. if you relocate your battery you could put maf near the tb and fit the bov on the bend or something. i have a couple of ideas if you can wait till the meet.

Thanks but I want to hear the BOV so I don't want any sort of recirculating system. If I was into being silent/sleeper I wouldn't have gotten a V1 and I could save the $200 on the performance BOV.
