Need some help with EG temp. What degrees should I be running at during WOT?

 

not much over 800c

 

Would around 800 be a good A/F mix?

 

while EGT and AFR are related it is not wise to tune AFR using EGT. You can take it to a dyno with AFR and compare your EGT to the AFR, then you have a solid idea. But once you change somthing in the set up you have to go back to the dyno. If AFR is wht you are after get a wide band AFR set up.
