How to convert OEM FPR to Stand-off FPR?

For those who did this conversion I was wondering what pieces did you use to make a hose connection to the fmu?
Also, with that vacuum hose outlet, what happens to that?

You need the nipple connector to go on the fuel rail that Thomas(sx7r) sells. and then the vacum line goes to the FMU an/or the FPR.

I'm interested in the other option at the moment.

But since you've brought it up:
From the pic that Thomas posted a while ago it looks like this:

Now judging by the shape of the mounting bracket it looks to me that it just replaces the oem fpr altogether. Is that correct? Does it kinda look like this?

The vacuum hose will now come off of the fpr but what about the fuel line hose that hooks up to the oem fpr? Where would that go?

I'll post a pic tomorrow, but what I did was take a drill bit that fit through the fuel ports and drilled out the guts of the fpr from both sides. Be sure you get all the metal chips out.

I mounted it so that the hose points towards the front of the car, where my aftermarket adjustable fpr is. You don't need to connect it to any vacuum source.

Now I'm wondering what the hose from the back of the fpr was connected to. I can see that clip that secures it but what is it connected to and what to do about it?

It is the fuel line - I'm pretty sure that's the return fuel line.

You probably have this figured out by now, but just for the sake of others who may be wondering, the hose coming off the fpr is the return line that goes to the firewall and then back to the tank. When you install an adjustable fpr and a stand off fitting, the hose will go from the the stand off fitting to the adjustable fpr, and from the fpr to the fmu if you have one, and from the fmu to the fuel tank.

fuel pump in tank => filter => fuel rail => stand off fitting => fpr => fmu => tank

Nope. I haven't figured it out yet. I'll have to take another good look at the piping tonight but this time with a regular flashlight and not a halogen worklight! I'll have to have on hand the Stillen diagram for the fmu and see how the piping is and which hose will go where on the Cartech.
