Clocking Blower

Im about to order $180 worth of T-Bolt Connectors and Silicone Couplers...

Would it be more worth it to Clock the blower up to do away with the 90 degree Bend at the the blower oulet ?

Im doing a 3" cross over pipe...Starting with::
90 degree coupling + 45 degree Coupling + 22" of 3" pipe + 45 degree coupling + Straight Coupling to the MAF adaptor

No matter how you clock the blower, you are going to have a total of at least two 90's and a ~45 on the way to the throttle body.

If you want to get rid of the hard left turn right at the blower outlet, then you have to clock the blower down and cut into sheet metal. Kinda scary the first time.

You do know that the outlet from the blower is 'only' 2.75" right? (it's a size difficult to find tubing for admittedly)

There really won't be any significant "improvement" to flow by clocking it up... just easier to access piping and giving more room behind headlight.

I think going around the front is the best way to go! I think it looks more complicated then it is. Although I have not done this so I wouldnt know. I found a guy that will make you an intercooler/piping and install it for $500! spark any interests? I need to get more info on this..
