SARD R2D2 bov

got a good price on one a sard r2d2 bov. anyone here used this before? i was told there is an adjustment on it that you can just let it dump and wont make a whistling or shrieking noise.

What good is the R2D2 without the whistling and shrieking? Maybe you should get the C3PO instead. Impeccable manners and flawless protocol in 37 languages.

thats the one im getting. i was never a fan of the whistly sound of a bov. i like how the tial sounds. very discreet. my whole objective is to go sleeper as possible.

I'm using the Blitz DD bov and with the filter attachment I don't get any whistling. I left it off because I wanted the horn noise.

yeah all my buddies have the tial and that was going to be my first choice. then came along sard. suppose to have like 4 different adjustments for sound. its its squeeks or whistles i'll just find a way to dump it into the intake or sumthing.

i'm happy with my sard bov.. it doesn't whistle like you said it did.. it has a very robust sound to it.. but it's not exactly quiet either..
