Are you talking about the filter? If so, then just get some K&N Filter cleaner and use it. Mine was filthy the first time I cleaned.

No, I want to clean out the supercharger, all plumbing for it, the throttle body, and intake manifold. Can I spray throttle body cleaner through the supercharger?

NOOO dont do that..it will make a mess in your charge pipe...take off the charge piping only at your Throttle Body and Clean ONLY the Throttle Body with TB cleaner only...If you sray in your charge piping it will be on the MAF...NO GOOD...

There is no reason to spray the SC..there are no sensors there to be cleaned...the car will run better with the TB cleaned

then how do i clean the supercharger itself? I can see carbon buildup in the fins.. theres no way to clean it other than just wiping it off?

The spray wont affect the supercharger itself right? just the MAF?

nah the spray wont effect the s.c...its just an inlet, fins, and the outlet..

if you spray while its running, you will damage the pins and the bearings. imagine tiny droplets of liquid getting pulled through the unit and hitting fins blades at 30k rpms. not the most ideal way to clean something to me.

you really shouldnt need to. if you want to make it shiny, just polish it a little.

take it all apart and have a machine shop toss it in their hot water parts washer (not solvent tank).
