JWT ecu question

JWT ecu question
I thought I posted this earlier but I guess not. I want to get a JWT ecu for my Supercharged 98 M/T. My question is which ecu should I get as a doner? My car is a 98 GXE M/T, and it is fed spec. Should I be looking for a 96 M/T fed spec ECU, I want to get an ecu that will function properly, but hopefully not always run a CEL? Any advice would be appreciated. Also when I send it off to be programed I want to get an extended rev limiter and the supercharged program....anything else I need to tell them (i.e. Pathfinder TB, 370's)? Any other mods that make a difference how they program the ecu? Thanks for the help.

JWT is limited to programming 95 and 96 ecus. I guess the 96 would be better for use in a 98.
You can tell JWT all your mods but I don't know if it makes much difference. The ecu programming is primarily based on how much air is flowing into the engine, and the maf will tell it everything it needs to know regardless of what mods you have.

I recently sent my ECU in to be reprogramed for my 1999 which is a Calirfornia Emission car. I was told by Ben/Jim doesn't matter which 1996 ecu you use as long as the TRANNY type Matches.
