About to by boosted95s max have some ??

Well im about to by Jays car, its a 95 Se 5 spd. Heres whats on it:
All work done by :Salos Motorsports Garden City, NY
35K miles on engine (from a 97 Infiniti I30), 5% tinted windows, Completely Rebuilt Transmission (also cyro treated),
T3/T04e Turbonetics Turbocharger, HKS SSQ Blow-off Valve, Delta 38mm Wastegate, Custom Fitted Mandrel Bent 3" Turbo Piping, Full Mandrel Bent 3" Exhaust, Blitz Turbo Timer, Shortened Shifter, ACT Stage 2 Street Clutch, Fidanza Lightened Flywheel.
Its always been run at 4 psi since he doesnt have a boost controller, he said its about 90% complete so i was just wondering what else i would need to boost at most 8 psi maybe 9 and could you provide prices and maybe prices for install on all stuff recomended.
So far i know that i should get a Warlbro Fuel Pump dono price or where to get, Greddy Emange, Apxi SAFC2, new injectors say at least 370CC (no idea on price or install tho) umm... i might be forgetting stuff i already know but please just give me more input on what i should do. Thanks alot Tom

Im a complete at this but im still up on all of this stickies are helping alot plus the dyno results and list of what other 4th gens have again thanks for any input.

The car already has walboro fuel pump since i installed it. Actually the turbo kit was bigdogjonx's kit on his 5th gen. some parts were modified to fit a 4th gen. down pipe isnt full mandrel. since this is how dixit ran it. everythign else is all mandrel bend. I believe he has couple of other things like j&s safeguard, caretech, and greddy emange. the reverse y pipe and the turbo are also ceramic coated.

if you are getting emanage you dont need SAFC, they are both fuel controllers. I would reccomend the SAFC if you are a newb unless you are willing to shell out dough for the emanage to be installed and to be tuned by someone. Good luck man
