s/c tuning?

i was wondering if there is any kind of management units or anything for tuning a s/c? i know they have them for turbos, but could they be used on a s/c and would it be benefical?

Many people here have AFC's or e-Manage. You can use them regardless of what type of forced induction you have, or even non at all.
