410cc injectors+Z32 Maf+A32 Ecu+4:1 FMU Disc= A Little Rich

So it was in the upper 60's lower 70's last night and I hadn't been able to drive the max for a while because some elementary issues cam up. I had to make two 20 mile trips on the highway, so I decided to tune. I used the manumatic to lock myself into second to do a primary base tune. I was hitting 8.5 psi on the zt-2 display with my 3.33" pulley.

Without and SAFC corrections, I was seeing 10.2-10.5 AFR from 3400-5400 rpms and then it went up to around 11.0 at redline. It seems to me that the 4:1 FMU disc gives you plenty of fuel to boost safely. It is a little rich, but if you do not have access to a dyno, it will keep you a little on the rich side.

I made corrections of -5% from 3400-5800 and then put it to -1% by redline. The AFR's were a little better, but most of them were still in the 10's.

After a couple of more runs in both 2nd and 3rd gear, the measurements came out like this:
2800rpm -5%
3400rpm -13%
4000rpm -14%
4400rpm -13%
4800rpm -11%
5200rpm -10%
5600rpm -5%
6000rpm -4%
6600rpm -2%

I didn't want to go over -10% correction in fear of messing with timing, but I guess that -14% is okay.

This gave me an AFR of anwhere from 11.4-11.8 in both 2nd and 3rd gear.

Another thing that I noticed is that unlike 5 speeds where they have to let off throttle when they shift gears, I was able to maintain a 12.0 AFR while the gears shifted. I though that it was interesting.

If anyone else has a similar setup, please let me know their configurations as well. I should be dropping pulley sizes soon (c'mon matty) and will want to tune with the SAFC-II while the quirks of the EMU are being worked out.

I wouldn't worry about pulling too much fuel, especially around your torque peak.

I would worry about ADDing a bunch of fuel around your torque peak.

I was just happy to see that the 4:1 disc made everything pretty even across the board.
