Hard to say, but my old Maxima was involved in a flood before we purchased it, and we had to replace the guage cluster, ECU, power window motors, radio, etc. The motor ran fine. (after the new ECU of course)

I actually haven't talked to him in a while. I called him the other night to try to set up a Maxima meet since there are some NO Maxima people here, but his sister said he was in Alabama or something. I really don't know any details or why he is out of town.

His car is normally in a garage that is up a hill so I doubt there was any damage to his car. There aren't many trees around his house either. Baton Rouge didn't get much rain or flooding. It was mostly wind and trees falling that knocking power lines down and own homes. The only flooding here is people. Traffic here is crazy. Not that it wasn't before.

Just wondering but you did PM him first right?

He needs to get off his lazy a** and dyno his car.

Yeah I was just making sure.

Cell phone service has been really bad since Katrina came through. A lot of people can't get through. Several of my friends can't use their cell phones at all. I don't get too many problems.

Chris has always been really hard to get in touch with. He doesn't keep his cell phone on very often, he isn't at home very often, and he doesn't answer his voicemail messages very often either. PM is often times the best way to talk to him.

glad to hear everything is ok, has anyone heard from Mike(cumalot)? I asked in another thread but it seems the last anyone heard from him is in his post where he was headed to Texas before Katrina hit.
