Supercharger oil return line?

Does anybody know where I can get the supercharger oil return line or of a substitute for that preformed hose?

That preformed hose is from Nissan..its the Valve Cover Vent Tube on the front valve cover to the intake.

The hose will need to be trimmed a bit so it doesnt crimp and disrupt flow
