Has anyone ever heard of megasquirt?

Take a look and tell me what you think the guy that is helping me out says it is fully progammable and works great. He had it in an integra. I dont know if this system will work with our cars by the way 2000 5th gen. So if anyone could tell me if they have had experience let me know. I might be a guinea pig.

only problem would be ignition i dont know if anyone has gotten wastespark 6cyl COP to work with it directly plus it needs a crank position signal so you would need to figure that out
other option is ford edis with plug wires
