V2 s/c trim
V2 s/c trim
i was trying to find some post and thought i heard about getting a different trim piece for the V2 s/c whats this all about? does it make it sound like a V1? and how much does vortech charge to ship it out and get it installed?
thanks
thanks
Im not to sure what you mean by this.
The Stock trim that everbody is running is the S-Trim from Vortech which is a Stillen Kit. Then there is the T-trim which builds boost quicker and is alot louder than any S-trim...Vortech doesnt sell a supercharger kit for the maxima..the supercharger kit for the Maxima is built by Stillen and currently is being discontinued. If you purchase a Blower Head Unit from Vortech, Counter Clockwise, Straight discharge and purchase the V1 plate kit from me youd be able to build your own kit fairly easy...Link below

i already have a v2 s/c on my maxima that i got from stillen. its just to quiet i wanted something louder. So the T-trim is louder and boosts quicker. can i send my charger out and get the T-trim installed?
Contact Vortech (www.vortechsuperchargers.com) for further information on a T-trim upgrade. Mind you, from what I remember, it's pretty costly.
called up vortech today and talked to a guy about the t trim v1 and he told me that it puts out the boost the same way as the other ones and that the v1 t trim can just make 26 psi and the impeller speed is a little more than the other v1 or v2 s trim. so he told me that its all the same. i wanted to get the v1 t trim but he told me that
