SARD or Power Enterprise fuel injectors

anyone ever try or have opinions on SARD or Power Enterprise injectors? They require using an injector collar. I might be getting a set and Im wondering how this injector collar crap works.

good luck finding them.

I tired for a long time to find some. You can use 93-95 FD(Rx-7) injectors if you can find the collars. So the FD comes with 650cc primary injectors and 1000c secondary injectors or the other way around not sure. So you can get a wide range of sizes in between that. I doubt you'll need anything bigger than 720cc.

Edit: Rofl, you own an FD.

How about some deatchewerks injectors? Drop right in your fuel rail assuming you still have the stock rail.

You must be talking to someone in japan, or maybe Moterex, because I couldn't get anyone to just sell me the injector collar. The injector collar just sits on the fuel rail I'm pretty sure. Where the little rubber gasket is that holds the stock injector snug into the rail.

Well, im not trying to bad mouth Deatschwerks or anything...so nobody take this the wrong way.
I ordered a set of Deatschwerks 550cc injectors, and i sent one injector out to get tested. The injector i sent out didnt work. I did a lil more research and i heard a few stories of people getting "fake" flow reports. Im not saying this is true juss rumors of what i heard. Then considering they are modified stock injectors to run 550cc. Who knos how used the injector is and how much longer itll last....

Considering all this, I decided i dont want to deal with or take the risk. So basically ive decided to go with a set of new injectors.

It seems that Dan at Deatschwerks is gonna take care of me regarding the non working injector. So again i am in no way here to badmouth Deatschwerks. Their prices on injectors is really good. Thats why i bought them in the first place.

Sorry to hear about the bad injector. I know Dave will stand behind it.

I have never heard about any "fake" flow test reports, I would like to know where that came from...links to a site?. I would never be an ambassador for a company that produced anything fake. I know exactly the process that Dave does and have seen his $8K New Age flow test machine myself. Know exactly how he puts his reports together, they are very detailed. Each injector is flowd at several different PSI's.

The only thing that I could think of would be that way back in the begining Dave was using an outside company to do his flow testing. After some testing he found that the injectors were being a little under rated. Not by alot, but they were consistanly flowing more than what they were said to flow. That is what prompetd Dave to get his own flow test Machine. So maybe someone flow tested an injector of his way back when and got a little different result.

Being as unbiased as I can be, I have actually found that DW has one of the best reputations on the net. There are many, many nissan guys running his injectors w/o any issues. I wouldn't run them if I did not think so. Either would my good friend BriguyMax who just put down 470whp on his APS TT Z using DW 440 top feeds. I could go on and on about the different guys who run DW injectors and love them.

I have the power enterprise 510cc injectors and i didn't have to use a collar of any kind. They just popped in like stockers. Are you using a 5th gen fuel rail?

Yes, we have been in touch and warranty claim forms were sent as soon as he informed me of the issue (I got the email yesterday). But in your email you said you already ordered replacements... but this thread indicates otherwise???? I guess you are not willing to give me the chance to fix any problem there might be?

Anyway, I would never want a customer of mine to use my injectors if they have lost faith in my product. So if a refund is what it takes, that is what you will get. I only wish I had been given the opportunity to dispell these rumors and fix any problem that may exist.

I would still be VERY interested in any info you can give me about these "fake" flow reports. Bad rumors like this can spread like wildfire and I would really like to put an end to it before it starts.

Please feel free to call me if you would like to discuss any of this 405-412-3433. In fact, I'd love to have the opportunity to talk to anyone who may have questions about our injectors especially in regards to our testing, quality assurance, and 12-month comprehensive warranty.

i don't think he was uncomfortable with the work you provide, rather than him being uncomfortable using "used" injectors in general.

I believe you have a good product Dave, i would still recommend your injectors to my friends because of a good price you offer.
