save it for yourself, I know you are going to say
my friend and I were talking about bov's
he has a 1999 civic si b16a n/a cai headers all the way back, flywheel, stage 2 clutch, short shifter, msd, boost pack, plug wires, and more.
anyways he thinks if he cuts a hole in his intake pipe and installs a bov and run the line to a vaccum the bov will work normal when he shifts.
I told him no bullshat it wont work
any truth behind this?

Since there isn't positive pressure built up in the pipe when the throttle closes during a shift, the BOV will have nothing to blow off.
If there was I wouldn't tell you so you could save your friend the humiliation
