does any1 have a clip of how there cut out sounds on there boosted max, (open downpipe)?

 

I made one, just waiting on godfather to upload it. I have the boost acutated 3" cuttout made by ATP

 

If I30MikeD reads this, should I try to find the one with yours when the feed pipe blew off?

 

couple of my videos on streetfire and vqpower.com have open downpipe, also on vqpower the turbo i30 video is open cutout (i30tmiked). ive got another vid of mike's car with open cutout as well but it's not hosted anywhere i dont think.

what kind of cut-out are you running and have you had any problems with it? im trying to decide if i want to go with the boost activated cut-out or one that i can open at any time with a switch

 

That video is just open downpipe - same sound as a cutout because there is no exhaust on the car at all.

I'm not a fan of the boost activated cutouts. When I get my exhaust fabbed up and installed I'll have an electronic cutout. When I want it open I open it and when I want it closed I close it. No accidental opening because I got on the gas a little too much, etc.
