what is causing this?

Ok guys Im having a little trouble with what it seems like not getting enought fuel. Well first I have the 370s,jwt ecu,z32maf. My car really sucks at idle dieing at times, I have my fuel pressure set to 70psi, I know thats really high but thats the only point where it will build boost, if i turn my fuel down to 35-55psi it runs like crap like its not getting enough fuel and jumps all the time if I try to get on it a little bit and it wont even build boost, so when I turn it up to 70 which we all know thats way to high it dont really jump as bad and I think it floods it out but it dont die as often when its turned somewhere between 35-55psi so what could this be? A bad injector or what help me out?

How long have you had that setup (particularly the JWT ECU).

It could be a vaccum leak. Any way you could do a leakdown test?

70 psi is high if thats at idle, it could be several things. perhaps an injector (or more) is clogged, an old fuel filter could cause problems as well. maf could also be bad, vacuum leaks, bad fuel pump, all of these can cause hesitation problems. what kind of hesitation to you experience? does it only become prevelant under wot? wht was your bfp before you turned it up? are you positive it is fuel related? please provide a more in depth evaluation of the problem and under what scenarios it becomes prominent.

I believe he was saying that his PSI was SET to 70 by him because at 40 the car ran like crap.

I'm convinced he just needs to rotate his Z32 MAF 90 degrees.
