I've done nothing with my car for quite some time due to my worries about breaking the transmission.
I was on the way home last night when in front of me was a 79 Z28 with exhaust that dumps just before the rear end, flow masters, crome traction bars.. you know.. the comon old school "muscle" car look.
He was weaving in and out of traffic like a lunitic and getting on it.
I decided to follow him at about 3cars behind till we get to a light where I'm in back of him and the two cars ahead turn right.
It's clear in front of him and it's a 4lane road. Cars on our left are going to turn left and I'll be able to get in the left lane.
Light turns green, He mashes it and I eaze through first and get into second and shift lanes (as we shoot pass the cars turning left)
As boost comes on in 2nd gear I have already made it to his 1/4 panel and was pulling on him hard. 3d gear 12lbs of boost come on to slip right by him with ease (all I can hear is flowmasters from his car) untill the top of 3d gear where I've got a good 3cars ahead of him by now. Shift into 4th and get into his lane and let out..
I was laughing prity hard.. It's been a LONG time since anyone's even thought about playing around. Brought back a little flame to maby do somthing with the car again.
Maby wash it... Lol...

I would have loved to have seen that guy's face when you flew by him... that would have been hilarious.

 

Actually later down the road I was stuck in the left lane behind some cars that were turning and he ended up beside me...
He would not look over at me at all... And didn't even think about getting on it.
He soon got into the lane in front of me and turned left ... as I went by I laughed so he and his girlfriend could hear it.. (he he)
I proably crushed his attempt to impress his chick..

Max... It's only a matter of time before my transmission gernades. I just got one of those feelings...
