It's a good kit. If you can't get anyone to do custom piping for you then you should get the PFI.

The VQ30 and VQ35 are almost exactly the same as far as turbo kits. The TB is in a different spot and the MAF should be before the turbo. You could have to custom do that.

Link to the TSI kit? If it is the turbokits.com "Extreme" kit with a T25 turbo then it is not worth wasting your time on.

Yeah, the "Extreme" kit.

So it's junk. funny.

Is it a setup where the tubine is driven by only 1 bank?

Yes a T25 run off one bank only. Not a good idea.

It wouldn't be a terrible idea if the kit were like half the price that it is.

Personally I wish they'd put more info about the turbo on their site. It just says "T04E Turbo .81 A/R". Doesn't tell us a whole lot.

The T25 is referring to the "extreme turbo kit" listed. That and the PFI are two seperate kits.

Yeah...

Backpressure on one side, and considerably less on the other would make for a not so smooth running motor......... would it?

PFI kit is T4/T04E, .81AR compressor. You can pay a bit more and get the ballbearing option. That thing spools pretty quick. I loved it while I had it. I may get another one in the future. This video this was my car with a PFI kit

http://www.vqpower.com/v2/modules.ph...=getit&lid=136

Mardigras is also uses the PFI on his car. 11.4 1/4 mile I highly doubt there is anyone faster then him in the US.
