hey guys. i was at work today pondering about when i get all my supercharger stuff and it hit me.. would having the MEVI engage earlier in the rpm band be more beneficial? just an idea that i was thinking about while at work.. thanks guys!

i don't think so. My switch wasn't working right when i went to the dyno and it was opening at like 3500 and there was a dip in power and tq. There was about a 25 tq loss when the dip occured and 10-15 hp loss.

 

I've done 57 Dyno Runs, as both an Automatic and a 5spd.

For Autos: 5000RPM is the sweet spot.
For 5spd: 5200RPM is the sweet spot.
