My Dyno "sad"

Well I went to the dyno today, and this was the result.

The dyno is a load bearing dyno, but its not a mustang dyno. That was the corrected numbers from the dyno dynamics dyno to a dyna pack dyno. My air/fuel ratio was horrid, most mid to low 10's. The dyno operator said I could pick up around 20whp just by getting it around 11.7-11.9 range. So far Ive got them to around 11.3-5 with no big changes. oh this is 7psi

The car is a 1997
turbonetics to4e 60-1 hifi
tial 38mm wastegate
greddy e-manage blue
deastch werks 440cc Injectors
3" down pipe
3" exhaust
foward feedpipe

What manifold are you using ?? Stock I presume ??
May I ask why the dyno was shut down at 6200 Rpms ??

Get that Emanage onto a computer and get it tuned to where it should be.

It might have been the operator that shut it down. It happened to me as well.

find out which correction factor they used on the Dyno Dynamics plot. If its the DD STD converted number they read about 12-15% low vs a dynojet SAE correction. This has been proven by the 350z guys so its not just a myth.

12.5 is somewhat safe for the SC'ed guys but is pushing the limits for a turbo application. I would tune 12.0 early and richen it up to 11.8 for the last 1500rpms or so.

Well If I can get it to hold in the 11.7-11.9 range and pick up 20whp and run 100+ octane I could probably be able to hit 300. Something wasnt right though running it on the street in 3rd gear I see full boost(8.5ish) by 4800rpm. On the dyno though it was only hitting 7 and didnt see full boost until 5700rpm.

I took the guy for a ride after I got off the dyno, and it was what i said. I dont know what was up.

Please explain what 550 Fuel injection mean? I'm assuming 550cc injectors right? I dont think that is the problem since hes running as rich as he is now, the bigger injectors only make it worse unless he tunes it first. The priority thing is getting a proper tune and if he maxs out the 440cc's then he should upgrade, changing to bigger injector would not gain 20hp like you say.
