4060705 is the correct size. Are you sure you lined up the belt correctly, maybe it was stuck on something when you tried it the first time. I know the belt sometimes wraps itself around the oil filter since its pretty close and sticks out.

you are using the modified tensioner plate/assembly right? Did you make sure you wrapped the belt the right way on the actual supercharger pulley making sure you are routing it the right way (not around any plate/sc post).

NAPA Gates belt #060695 which is 70" worked for me. This is for the 3.125" pulley on matty's V1 plate and reusing the stock belt tensioner, not the one that came with the Stillen kit. 4060705 was loose on mine as well with the stock tensioner.

idk if its because the v1 and v2 plates are different? but the 70.5 inch belt was too short and the 74.5 too long.

for the v2 plate (i assume thats what you have) the 4060705 belt is the right one if you are using stock sized idler and tensioner pulley. If you are using a lexus tensioner pulley then the belt will not fit.
