Do I need Silicone Here ??

I resealed up everything cause I was getting that surging problem, the end result was that I had a HUGE vaccum leak on the rear of the manifold from a Two part epoxy that didnt set up. Well I went out to start the car for the first time today after puttin everything back together and it wouldnt start. It would start and COMPLETELY die like a HUGE vac leak or just running SUPER Rich, probably both cause I had alot of blue smoke comeing from the tail pipe. I figured it would start perfectly but NO

...I had to go to work so I couldnt check anything. So now Im at work thinking what it could be. Might just possibly be an EU setting, I may need to pull a bit more fuel at start up since I have all the leaks settled now or....

Do you think I need silicone between the TB and the TB Block ?? I am using a stock pathfinder gasket

I doubt you have a leak between the TB and TB block. Do the soap and water test? Shoot some carb cleaner around it? Maybe you have a minute leak there, but not a large leak to cause the problems you're describing.

Sounds like you have a different issue. EU, IACV etc etc. However, if it started perfectly before with your EU settings, I doubt it's that, but check anyway. Sounds like you might have missed something, or did something wrong as you put everything back together.

Yea I have to look over everything a bit better when I get home, its just bothering me sitting at work.
The thing is, when I had the leak in the rear of the manifold, I changed all my settings to not pull as much fuel since there was soo much air going in

The IACV is brand new.

Well it was an Emanage Ultimate problem, go it fixed by pulling aLOT more fuel at idle, but now when I drive, the car keeps shutting off as Im coming to a stop....clutch in. Its really fast and abrupt. Just shuts right off...really weird.

Why cant I get this setup correct. I keep messing with things and doing everything perfect, and I cant get a good result.

I told you it was a vacuum leak many, many, many, many months ago.

Did you setup the anti stall?
