Emanage Ultimate Help!!!

I'm having issues getting my car to run properly. I have a 96 boosted max. I installed the emanage ultimate and every thing ran properly. I installed 550 cc injectors and could not get the car to run properly. I put the factory injectors back in and bought a z32 maf hoping this would fix the issue. Today I installed the 550's again and the z32. It's still running the same way. Also I have been using the auto tune feature with my AEM uego to try to get it to run well. It helps a bit at idle, but just before boost the car bogs down. Also I am running a walbro 255 hp pump and 32 PSI static fuel pressure. When it idles, the car pumps white smoke. Any ideas would be appreciated. Also I would accept a working fuel map if someone has a similar setup. Thanks in advance.

You cant use Auto tune when the ECU in open loop. Meaning take away that map and just use I/J Adjustment for now and just take away fuel at idle with that. Start at about -1.2 set to duration and work your way up or down from there. Also go to the LAG feature and set it start .7 and end .7
Change your plugs before you start messing with the settings and then change them again when your done messing around. Best $25 your spend is on the two sets of plugs

I really still dont understand how you guys are running boosted maximas without a wideband........ If you had a wideband I think we can help you more and your not really describing the problem you are having. Is it bogging while your boosted or notmal driving etc etc what rpm, do you have a wideband, if you do what does it read when you bog?

Yes I have a wideband. I believe I figured out my problem. I pulled 8 ms of duration from my injectors in my adjustment map, but the Emanage Ultimate did not actually pull any duration. At least thats what my data log says. Thanks for the help though.

That makes no sense, unless it's not wired and/or jumpered properly. Or you have other adjustments programmed in other maps that would cancel out the I/J map.

In the data log are you comparing the INPUT and OUTPUT duration?

Well the only map I have up is the I/J adjustment map. My jumpers are set directly from your write up. Thanks for providing that by the way. It was quite helpful. I know, it makes no sense to me either.

Are your firmware and software versions synced up properly? I have seen issues before where if the update wasn't done properly or the versions were out of sync the datalogger wouldn't match the actual operation.

Maybe try reverting back and then re-updating the software and firmware again?

Then log it again and see, if it's still giving you problems then send me the em2 file and the datalog(s) if you wish and I'll take a look.

I rolled back both drivers. Still had the same issue. Then decided to try changing it under duty cycle. It will only pull fuel under duty cycle, but not duration. I must be doing something wrong. Anyone had this issue?

Not that I'm aware of. I always use duration.

Does your wideband verify the fuel adjustments you're seeing on the datalogger?

IF your wiring/jumpers are good there's not much more I can say without seeing your em2 file and corresponding log(s).
