Upgrading V2 Pulleys?
Hey Guys,
I was wondering how hard would it be to change my stock supercharger pulley for a 10psi one? I thiing I will probably ask Redmax or Addae in the DC forums to do it, but I wanted to know if this requires a lot of work. I searched the board and didn't find anything.
Thanks,

You have to take off the air filter, intake piping, the mounting bracket off the side of the engine and then remove the blower from the bracket. If you're handy with your hands you can do it. Every SC owner learns to do it themselves. I'm not a mechanic but I've learned how to tear down and reinstall the SC by myself with the org's help.

yep remove s/c from bracket after removing bracket. Those long bolts are really difficult to remove and Stillen does not sell them anymore... for 10psi you would probably need a 3.25' or 3.12" pulley and 70.5" belt... you should also replace the 2 pulleys (or bearings if you have aftermarket metal ones) at the same time while it's out. Don't forget to grind the bracket to clear the new belt path.

+2 to both BlackCat and Chunger.
My allen bolts were so tight (holding the blower to the plate), I needed a pipe over my allen wrench to break the tension. My allen wrenches looked like twizzlers when I was finished. The guy at Home Depot had a face when I brought them in and cashed in on the warranty.
The pulley may just pop right off, it may not. If it's stuck, don't force it off with screwdrivers and such. Go to Autozone and rent a pulley puller for free.
