My Maxima will soon be for sale.....let me know if you are interested (looking to get 8k, which for the amount of mods is a steal IMHO)

This is why:

Drive the new G for a weekend on some country roads with no cops and see if you feel the same.

I LOVE my Max, and would never put it down...but the new G is everything I had been trying to make the Maxima be for the last 6 years. Compared to a 4th Gen Maxima, there's simply no competition......G wins. And the modding possibilities with the G are simply far greater performance wise than a Maxima or even the previous generation of G.

It's also head and shoulders above the previous G, except for the exterior, which I personally like better but could see how someone wouldn't.
Of course, that's not at all why I bought it. You don't see the outside of the car from inside it and I've got no one to impress. I already bagged me a hot chick and married her.

Anyway - we can discuss that some other time....not really in context of this thread.

And I can't keep the Maxima...3 car garage with 4 cars owned + insurance costs.....it's time for her to go. Hopefully to a loving home with someone mechanically inclined that will continue to tune her. I really want someone to enjoy it and don't want to de-mod it. If no one buys after a month or two, I will have to part her.....but again, I don't want to.

I still co-run NWMaxima.com and will continue to do so. So I'll still be around the Max community quite a bit.

That is GORGEOUS. The headlights are my biggest complaint about the exterior, but they definitely flow well if you don't concentrate on them. Got any big plans for her?

Wow, hate to see ya go, but the G is a nice ride.Congrats!
I like the body style of the newer ones vs. the older models.
If you do decide to part out, I will keep an eye out. Wouldnt mind snagging the 3" exhaust.

Wow, 6 years to try to make your 4th Gen like a G???

I love the look of the new G though. And the wheels are perfect IMO. I wouldn't change them. *I think*

Oh Ian, so sorry to hear you're selling. You've been here forever. Congrats on your new ride (even though it's missing a few doors. ). Good luck.
