I am the new owner of jason sadlers maxima..... I've been working on it for s few months now.... these are some pics of the project.

the old motor threw a rod, so we put in a new one keeping some of the goodies.

We were woried about the custom rods a lil, we saw how big they were and was thinking we had to do some cuting to make them clear so it would turn all the way.



But they went in ok with no modifications needed... u can see they are beefy


So we should boost 18psi with no worries. it was boosting at 7 and saw over 300, now with a stronger bottomend to handle boost its looking good.

Here are some pics from the inside.. we are having problems trying to tune it right. we swaped in some skyline injectors 370cm. with the factory injectors we was able to get 350 to the wheels but it was running lean not good....so we upgraded to the 370 out of a skyline purple color injectors.

We are at a stand still right now cause the greddy profec type S boost controler is acting up so we orderd a new one. when it comes in we will try to dyno again.

I know it needs work, but im trying to take it to another level. an first im starting with the motor....once i get that right then ill be moving on to some body work. oh did I tell yall im going to japan for 3 yrs and im taking it with me. im going to atsugi the home of nissan look it up. so it will be on as far as wheels suspension and things like that maybe all wheel drive..
thats the new it thing in japan right now....but gaol right now is getting this motor to put over 400 to the wheels. its got the parts all we need now is the tune.

What's wrong with the current bodywork? You must have gotten a hell of a deal on that car to want to dump all this money into changing all the aftermarket stuff already on it.

that I did, but i just want it to be more mines than every one saying jasons maxima so i wanted to change the look a lil. plus it has a few little dimples just going to clean it up sum.

Im happy to say we got the new greddy prof S. it works so dyno should be on tues.... im going to try to rec. it for you guys but now we have it set at 15 low and 20 high it pulls like hell and its only street tune.

what octane are you running? have you got a spare transmission ready to go in it?

93... but I know a spot in my are where they have higher. but as for a spare we know a junkyard with a 2 maximas on standby... hope i wont need to call them

hopefully not, but running 15-20 psi i think you're gonna. i broke 3 transmissions between 12 and 17 psi in about 10,000 miles...
