what are your turbo specs? and when do you go into full boost?
Im trying to figure out which turbo to go with.. thinking of doing a compressor 60 Ar. and turbine .63. looking for mid to high end power?

"Full boost" is a very general term. You could have two people running the same turbo, same wastegate; one with boost limited to 7 PSI and the other 9 PSI. "Full boost" won't be the same for both people because full boost is 7 PSI for one and 9 PSI for another.
you need to give way more info than you did if you want to get the info you want in this section. listing the A/R tells us nothing about your turbo. the frame and wheels are more important than A/R, and all you listed was the A/R.
that said, it's safe to assume you mean either a T3 or T4 hot side. a .63 A/R in either of those frames is not going to give you top end. keep looking for something else or get a different housing for it.

Wow. Well lets see i get full boost by 3300 rpm but will you? prolly not. I am running a 48 hot side so i spool alot faster than most.
I'm running a stock replacement T3. At full throttle, boost begins to build at 1800 rpms. I have mine set at about 6psi and acheive full boost around 2500 rpms.
