CAI and fuel injector help

Ok so yesterday my SC belt snapped off today and I have to get it replaced but i figure i might as well change th pulley while I am at it. I will be installing the 2.87 pulley and I would also like to do a CAI while I am at it.
My question in that do the DEK injectors + Walbro 255HP and Vortech FMU that comes stock with the Stillen kit be able to handle to the 2.87 pulley for fuel. I have RC440's but I wont have a chance to get them installed.
And does anyone have any pics of how they did their CAI so i know what I am up against and what materials I need. Plus I will be doing an IC set up in about 2weeks and I wanted to know how hard it was for you guys to clock your blower while its on the car because I don't want to have to take the blower off again.

Yes, the DEK injectors will barely make due; they aren't ideal for the 2.87 pulley at all. Personally, I'd put in the 440's (takes 3 hours tops), pull the FMU, and adjust base FP accordingly with an AFPR. Then retune. Why risk running lean??

What are you tuning with?

CAI can be done a couple of ways. The end result is the same. SEARCH and you’ll see. A lot of people get their materials from intakehoses.com. Building it is pretty straight forward.

As for clocking the blower, you may be able to do it on the car, you may not. The reasons and writeup are all explained in the stickies.

If I was you, I’d be more worried with WHY your belt snapped, rather than changing pullies, IC’s, and CAI’s……..or did you determine why already??

Already been determined. I had oil all over the belt when the crankcase had boost in it. Now it does not anymore. I had noticed that I had skipped a rib so i was running on 5ribs for about 3K miles then it finally gave out. I did search for the CAI for the supercharger and came up empty.
I will change to the 440cc right after i get the car back. I am waiting on getting the CAI and IC for now until I get the car 100%.... I will do the other items in about to weeks from today.
One more question Wiz for the IC piping i was going to buy the CAI from ebay and use that on the cold side to make it a lot easier.

Thanks again Wiz for all your help.

There's an ebay CAI for an SC setup? I'd wonder what the diameter of the pipe is because a lot of the ebay kits I see on there have piping that can often be less than 3" in diameter. I personally like using a 3 to 3.5" pipe for the CAI to the S/C.

I'm getting dizzy here. The thread title is 'broken belt, need help'. I'm thinking "O.k., fair enough, the poor guys needs help with his broken belt". Then in post number one, your questions are about injectors fuel pumps, FMUs and CAIs. Huh?

And I'm still trying to figure out what "yesterday my SC belt snapped off today" means.

Looks like the thread title has been changed to something more appropriate.

Was this supposed to be another question for me?? If so, please clarify.

Yeah that was a question but Matty cleared that up for me. I am just using a PR or a cheap ebay CAI from the fender well into the engine bay to avoid custom intake work.
