440cc injectors on stock ecu????

Ok I have this friend that has a turbo 2001 maxima, and wants to know if he can run the stock ecu with 440cc injectors. Or should just he just a emanage or somthing???

IF it starts it will probably run rich. He would have to have an afpr to turn down the fuel pressure and he maybe able to get by just to drive the car but I would get some sort of injector control like emanage or something.

More flexibility/control with the EU, but he can get by with an AFPR and an AFC of some sort.
