I would just save up a few more dollars and just get a greddy profec b. I even read where you can use a gm boost sensor with an emanage blue as an ebc. Some of the off brands I usually see people reselling them on ebay or on craigslist. P.S insert the copied link into a url soitcanallfitonthescreenwithoutscrollingftw!
I'm using a Profec B, that i will actually be replacing with an Apexi AVC-r. If you're interested in a used one let me know. However the one in the link you have is actually not a bad boost controller at all. If you were to go with that I think you would be quite happy.
I am using a dual SBC Spec R, which I bought a few years ago. Basically, you can't get any better than a dual solenoid boost controller. They have by far the best response with the best control over spikes and highest power per boost level. Turbo and Sports Compact Car magazines both did a couple of boost controller comparisons. You should be able to find these online. If I were to get one today, I would get a Blitz SBC i-D III Spec R, which is the one the won the last Turbo magazine comparison test.
